Archaeology Day

A fun learning event highlighting ancient Native American weapons and tools of the Piedmont of North Carolina and Virginia. Many displays of arrowheads and local surface finds. Experts on hand to assist in artifact identification — bring your finds! Discussions related to lifeways of the Native Americans for the past ten thousand years. Sponsored by the Piedmont NC Chapter of the Authentic Artifact Collectors Association.
