Summer Reading 2014 Kick-off Celebration

JUNE 16 10 am – 12 pm

How it Works:
All ages (Pre-K through adult) are eligible to participate in the Summer Reading Program.

1. Registration begins June 16 at 10 am. However, you can enroll any time after June 16.
2. After registering at the library, each person will receive a reading log to keep track of how
many books or magazines you read or listen to this summer. Read as many books as you
can, write the titles on your reading log, and bring it with you to the library.
3. Drop in July 11 from 10 am to 4 pm for a Halfway Reading Celebration. Pick up a
halfway prize and get refueled for the second half of the summer reading program!
4. The last day to report books for Top Reader prizes is July 28.
5. Summer Reading Closing Program will be July 31 at 5 pm. Certificates will be distributed
to all participants and light refreshments will be served. Top Readers in various age
categories will receive prizes, and there will also be random grand prize drawings.
