Wireless Printing

The Warren County Memorial Library now offers printing from a laptop (PC or MAC). Follow the steps below to setup your computer for printing. It must have a Windows or MAC operating system to work.

To setup printing on a mac or pc laptop, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the printer application page. 
2. Click on the download link for your PC or Mac version and save it on the desktop or somewhere that you can find it easily
3. Find the program you just downloaded and double click it to run it. It may give a warning box asking if you wish to install the printer from \\192.168.x.x. Say yes to install it. It will do it twice because it installs a color printer and a B&W printer.
4. After its done, you should see an LPTOne icon in the task bar at the bottom. Just open any application that you want to print from and then choose either the B&W or the Color Toshiba printer
5. You will be asked to enter a userID the first time you print. Enter your name and press ok. It will then give you the price. Press ok two more times and then go to the circulation desk to have them printed out.
6. Once you are finished printing at the Library, you may click on the LPTOne icon on the Task bar and stop the print service. Once you do or once you reboot your computer, you will need to run the setup program again to access the Library printer but you will not have to install the printer drivers again which why its suggested that you save the program to the desktop or somewhere you can easily access to run it again in the future.

Please Note that the printer link in Step one and the printing ability is only available while inside the Library using the Library Wi-Fi or a wired connection.
